Simply Samantha here 🌻 I’ve been hesitant to post anything “health” related because—let’s be honest—there are as many “right” diets, exercise programs, and health suggestions as there are people in the world. I’m certainly not claiming to be the healthiest person, but I do try, and I’ve found a few simple daily steps that help me feel good and keep life just a little simpler. For me, I really don’t like to focus on a “diet,” and I certainly don’t like elimination. Instead, I focus on portions, substitutions, balance, and moderation.
